It was my privilege to be an active member of Life Gate Baptist Church for most of the 90's. After serving as pastor of another church for six and one half years the Lord brought my family back to Life Gate in July of 2004 as I became Visitation Pastor. What a blessing and honor it is for me to be the second pastor of Life Gate and, upon his retirement in 2005, to follow Dr. D.A. Emerson, the founding pastor who served faithfully for 31 years. My desire is to lead this church to continue in the fundamental, Bible believing, Baptist heritage in which it was founded.

The heart's desire and goal of Life Gate is to be a Biblical, Christ honoring church where sinners can come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and then be edified and equiped to do the work of the ministry.
